Get Fit! in 11 minutes a day using the 5BX (5 Basic Exercise) system, a set of routines that gradually increase in difficulty and exercise all the major muscle groups.

The 5BX (5 Basic Exercises) system was invented and popularized by the Royal Canadian Air Force. It consists of a set of charts that describe callisthenic exercise routines that require little space, no equipment, and complement one another to stretch and exercise all the major muscle groups and provide an aerobic workout as well in just 11 minutes a day. You start at the lowest level with very few and very basic exercises, then gradually increase the number of repetitions you can do in the allotted time as your fitness level increases and as you move up the chart on subsequent days.

Each new chart restarts the repetition count at a lower level but with more challenging versions of the Basic Exercises.

Version 1.0 contains all the textual info from 5BX Charts 1-4 in a highly convenient form on your Palm. Get Fit! can remember which 5BX level you are on and remind you how many reps you have to do of which exercises at your current level.

Version 1.10 improves graphics, adds age entry, adds some animated instruction.

Version 1.20 adds the fifth chart of exercise information (there are now 60 levels in all!), adds animated graphics for the second chart (so levels 1-24 are animated), and cleans up the layout of the main screen a bit.
